APA wants you to know that nothing is more central to our operations than maintaining the privacy of your health information.

Federal regulations under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”) require APA to post its Notice of Privacy Practices (the “Notice”) on this Web site and make the notice available electronically through the Web site.

This Notice describes the privacy practices of APA.

We will only share your PMI with our dispensing pharmacies, and with Law Enforcement as required under state and federal laws. We may also share your PMI with your caregivers such are your doctor, hospital or other caregivers.
